Field safety notice regarding medical devices and pharmaceutical products

Reference: CIR-2023-00000060

To all Health facilities / all health care practitioners in Dubai's private health sector

Referring to the above subject, DHA notifies all health facilities regarding the circular issued by the MOHAP for perusal and adhere to what is stated

 

  • Do not use Water for Injection (WFI) ampoules co-packed with Simulect 10mg and 20mg
  • Safety update of pharmaceutical products containing Janus kinase inhibitors (JAKi)
  • Field Safety Notice Philips Incisive CT
  • Field Safety Notice Shiley™ Adult Flexible Tracheostomy Tubes with TaperGuard™ Cuff and Cuffless with Disposable or Reusable Inner Cannulas
